Executive Assistant & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, highly organised and commercially minded Executive Assistant & Business Development Manager to work directly with the owner of several international businesses. The role combines high‑level administrative support with proactive business development across sectors such as football, investment and digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s diary, meetings, emails and day‑to‑day organisation.
• Conduct market, competitor and business research, focusing on football clubs, investors and potential partners.
• Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Prepare and maintain prospect lists, CRM data and outreach campaigns.
• Support investor and client communications, including social media and LinkedIn content.
• Create presentations, reports and other business documents.
• Assist in the development and marketing of digital products.
• Organise international calls and meetings, using AI and modern digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure timely completion, with the possibility of recruiting and managing additional team members as the business grows.

Required profile

• Fluent or near‑fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Confident communicating with senior professionals and international clients.
• Intelligent, curious and commercially minded.
• Professional appearance and confidence on video calls.
• Trustworthy, discreet and comfortable in a fast‑moving international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media platforms for prospecting.
• Experience using CRM systems and modern online productivity tools.
• Strong written communication for preparing reports and presentations.
