Customer Service Specialist – Bilingual Russian & Romanian

About the role

Join Coral Club International’s dynamic customer support team in Chișinău. As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our Russian‑ and Romanian‑speaking customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance throughout their journey with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
• Provide information on order status, delivery, product availability, pricing, and assist with order placement.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Process orders and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Resolve shipping and delivery issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Document every interaction accurately and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to guide customers effectively.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in Romanian and Russian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or related fields is a plus.
