Commercial Team Leader (English & Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Team Leader to manage a group of 5‑7 prospectors in Chisinau. You will work side‑by‑side with your team, driving daily commercial activities and ensuring targets are met while fostering a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse results and propose corrective action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members to improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
• People‑oriented with a passion for coaching and empowering others.
• Results‑driven and comfortable working hands‑on with the team.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Spanish (B1+).
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
