Agentic AI Co‑Founder / Head of Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale a startup in the Agentic AI space. The position is fully remote and combines co‑founder responsibilities with leading sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build and run a new startup focused on Agentic AI technologies.
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing engine to achieve product‑market fit and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong sales and business development capabilities.
• Ability to manage time, goals and energy effectively.
