About the role
As an Account Manager Longtail you will be the trusted advisor for top restaurant partners, helping them grow on Glovo’s platform. You will combine data‑driven insights with strong relationship skills to boost partner performance and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
- Understand partners’ business goals and provide strategic guidance.
- Analyse performance data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability.
- Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customised solutions.
- Own the partner onboarding process in the app, from store setup to first‑day support.
Required profile
- 2+ years of high‑performance account management or business consultancy experience, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
- Goal‑oriented with a proven record of exceeding KPIs.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented problem solver.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Native Romanian and Russian, proficient in English.
