Solution Lead Applications

About the role

Stefanini is seeking a Solution Lead with a strong background in enterprise applications to drive win rates in multi‑tower bids across the EMEA region. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on integration, guiding clients through complex transformation programs and showcasing Stefanini’s differentiated value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage early with clients, lead discovery sessions, and present tailored solution value propositions.
• Partner with sales and market intelligence to develop win strategies, competitive analyses, and end‑to‑end value propositions that include sourcing, AI integration, and transformation roadmaps.
• Run bid management processes, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality, timely proposal submissions.
• Collaborate with delivery architects and pricing teams to align solution components, maintain commercial viability, and meet client pricing expectations.
• Produce proposal content, including slides, narratives, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise application platforms, modernization, integration, and managed services.
• Ability to translate complex client needs into integrated, competitive solutions.
• Strong communication skills to inspire teams and influence senior client stakeholders.
• Track record of supporting large‑scale transformation programs and winning multi‑tower bids.
