Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to build and own our Loyalty & Retention product across our travel brands. The main goal is to increase Customer Lifetime Value by improving repeat purchases, retention and referrals through deep product discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product discovery, including customer interviews, qualitative research and quantitative analysis.
• Identify key drivers and barriers to repeat purchases and validate business opportunities before defining solutions.
• Develop and prioritize product hypotheses, loyalty concepts, financial models and unit economics.
• Define MVP, product roadmap and PRDs, then lead implementation with design, engineering, analytics, sales and marketing.
• Run A/B tests and other experiments, measure impact on retention, LTV and overall business performance.
• Present and defend product strategy and business cases to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management or growth product management experience.
• Strong product discovery skills and ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data.
• Experience with retention, loyalty, CRM or lifecycle products and solid understanding of LTV, cohorts and unit economics.
• Proven ability to independently conduct customer interviews and translate findings into product decisions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
