Sales Representative – Moldovan Market

About the role

KONTUR is a manufacturing company producing high-quality materials for horizontal road markings, based in eastern Poland and serving clients across Europe. It is looking for a Sales Representative to cover the Moldovan market, focusing on international B2B sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned region
• Monitor the market, competitors' activities and trends in Moldova
• Help develop pricing policies for international markets
• Acquire new international clients and build strong business relationships
• Develop cooperation with existing clients and co-create development strategies
• Prepare analyses, reports and presentations
• Take part in industry conferences and trade fairs

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar B2B sales position in the Moldovan market
• Experience in the road or chemical/technical industries is a plus
• Degree in sales, marketing or international trade is an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently within Moldova
• Valid category B driving licence

Required skills

• Very good spoken and written Romanian or Russian (mandatory)
• Communicative level of English or Polish (mandatory)
• Experience preparing commercial offers
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
