Customer Support & Sales Agent (German-speaking)

About the role

eCarsTrade is a B2B online used-car auction platform with 18,000+ vehicles listed weekly and 20,000+ active dealers. It is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Agent to act as the main contact for its accounts, from their first questions before buying to their first winning bid and beyond. The role combines sales and customer care and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and sell to accounts across email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Provide presales assistance: explain how the platform and auctions work, and what is included in fees, transport and documents.
• Drive bids and purchases by recommending vehicles, following up on activity and re-engaging inactive accounts.
• Deliver fast, friendly, reliable support and solve problems so customers return.
• Identify high-growth accounts, qualify them and work with the Key Account Management team.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, inside sales or a customer-facing commercial role; automotive or B2B is a plus.
• Service mindset combined with strong commercial instinct, enjoying helping people and closing deals.
• Comfortable handling many conversations across phone, WhatsApp and email, switching between support and sales.
• Organised, proactive and autonomous.
• German and English mandatory; Russian, Romanian or other Eastern European languages are a strong plus.
