Sales Executive – Brands (Chișinău)

About the role

As a Sales Executive for Brands at Glovo, you will represent the sales team and be responsible for signing up local stores across the country. You will work closely with restaurant partners to build lasting collaborations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Glovo’s sales pipeline in line with company goals and strategy, updating it daily.
• Conduct sales negotiations that create solid, mutually beneficial partnerships with restaurant owners.
• Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to make it quick, efficient, and smooth.
• Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance during the first 30 days after launch.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow the sales playbook.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on sales experience, preferably phone‑based selling.
• Ability to thrive in fast sales cycles with short decision timelines.
• Structured, well‑organized approach with strong time‑management skills.
• Self‑sufficient and able to start producing results quickly without extensive training.
• Resilient mindset to handle daily rejection and maintain momentum.
• Goal‑oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
