Specialist Procurement Operations (m/f/d)

About the role

Join AUTODOC’s fast‑growing purchasing team in Chișinău and help keep the high‑volume e‑commerce supply chain running smoothly. You will be the central point of contact for day‑to‑day procurement operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive their products on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth daily procurement operations to support high‑volume e‑commerce workflows.
• Monitor purchasing processes, identify bottlenecks and align workflows proactively.
• Communicate with internal teams and international suppliers, handling routine email coordination.
• Manage end‑to‑end inquiry handling, including order cancellations, tracking verification, credit notes, refunds and returns.
• Coordinate with the vendor network to guarantee on‑time delivery and value‑oriented service for end customers.

Required profile

• University degree in Commerce, Economics or a related field.
• Initial experience in operational purchasing and a strong interest in IT‑driven procurement tools.
• Analytical thinking and strong organisational skills to manage multiple transactional processes.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to understand stakeholder perspectives and deliver optimal solutions.
• Highly reliable, efficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fluent Russian, intermediate English; German is a distinct asset.
