Part-Time Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Influencer Marketing Manager to work remotely, supporting day‑to‑day campaign coordination and creator‑client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with creators to brief, negotiate rates and confirm deliverables.
• Track campaign deadlines, deliverables and posting dates.
• Follow up on content creation and ensure timely publication.
• Organise campaign data in Airtable and keep records up to date.
• Support rate and deliverable negotiations.
• Facilitate communication between creators and clients to keep campaigns on track.

Required profile

• Strong written English and good communication skills.
• Highly organised and proactive, comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and common online work tools.
