National Staff Positions – Project Manager, HR Officer, Interpreter

About the role

The European Union Partnership Mission in the Republic of Moldova (EUPM Moldova) is recruiting local national staff to support its civilian mission in crisis management, hybrid threats and security sector resilience. Three positions are open: Project Manager, Human Resources Management Officer, and Interpreter & Administrative Officer. Successful candidates will work at the EUPM headquarters in Chisinau, contributing to EU‑led peace‑keeping and security initiatives.

Required profile

• Full civil rights with no criminal record (certificate required).
• Moldovan citizenship and/or valid residence and work permit.
• Physical fitness to perform duties (medical certificate required).
• Completion of any mandatory military service obligations.
• Ability to submit the official application form in English, saved as a Word document.
