Junior Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and contribute to executive operations and company communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, scheduling, emails, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks for executives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and notes.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist with business travel arrangements and logistics.
• Support the creation and management of content for company social media channels.
• Ensure social media content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and communication standards.
• Monitor basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, coordinator, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English – C1 level (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Professional and confident communication style.
