Import Export Inspector

About the role

The Import Export Inspector is responsible for coordinating transport operations and managing export and import documentation in compliance with national customs legislation and international freight regulations. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organize transport orders, supervise carriers, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Prepare and manage export documentation for invoicing according to customs rules.
• Inspect preliminary import documents to ensure compliance with national customs requirements.
• Communicate delivery requirements to suppliers or beneficiaries.
• Inform internal collaborators about document processing times.

Required profile

• University degree or technical studies.
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work in shifts and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
