Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle demand deviation analysis, capacity planning and design‑change coordination for our automotive logistics operations. The role works closely with customers, engineering and plant teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Identify root causes of demand deviations, communicate extra costs and assess impact on sales plans.
• Verify periodic capacity and customer requirement confirmations via portal, email, etc., based on engineering inputs.
• Participate in design‑change processes for new and old finished‑good indexes, collaborating with customers and plants to avoid non‑conformities.
• Check monthly production capacity with plant engineering for a six‑month horizon based on customer demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Experience in the logistics domain of the automotive industry.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach and results orientation.
