E-commerce Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E‑commerce Specialist to drive our Amazon sales and marketing initiatives. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, turning data insights into actionable growth plans for Plantifique’s superfood skincare brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and support Amazon sales and marketing strategies by analysing market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities and implement initiatives such as product launches, promotions and special offers on Amazon.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update product listings, content and related materials.
• Analyse consumer journey data and translate insights into actionable plans to drive growth.
• Maintain and optimise product listings daily, ensuring accuracy, compliance and protection against impairments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon news, trends and marketplace policy updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role, preferably with e‑commerce exposure.
• Fluency in English and Romanian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills to convey complex issues and brand direction across teams.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and make informed decisions.
• Proactive planning and troubleshooting mindset.

Required skills

• Data analysis and insight generation.
• Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout or Amazon Brand Analytics (or similar tools).
• Knowledge of e‑commerce platform back‑ends, listing optimisation and keyword strategy.
