Anti-Corruption Analyst, Short-Term (multiple posts)

About the role

The Anti-Corruption Analyst will provide substantive and analytical leadership for the UNDP‑led component of the REDACT project in Moldova, supporting the monitoring of the National Integrity and Anti‑Corruption Programme and strengthening institutional capacities to manage integrity risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of NIAP monitoring, support the network of integrity and ethics tutors, and enhance institutional analytical capacity.
• Provide hands‑on analysis and advice to national partners, develop digital monitoring dashboards, and prepare data‑driven progress reports.
• Guide legislative and regulatory reviews, support the adaptation of integrity instruments, and facilitate risk assessments and remediation plans.
• Conduct research, analytical reviews, and produce technical papers, concept notes, and other knowledge products.

Required profile

• Technical lead with proven experience advising government institutions on anti‑corruption frameworks.
• Strong ability to build trustful relationships with national actors and work closely with partner institutions.

Required skills

• Data analysis and monitoring dashboard development.
• Legislative and regulatory review related to integrity and anti‑corruption.
