National Consultant – Service Designer and Content Manager

About the role

UN Women is seeking a National Consultant to lead service design and content management for the EVO e‑government portal in Moldova. The consultant will ensure gender‑responsive integration of life‑event services, focusing on areas where women face a disproportionate digital navigation burden.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the newly approved Methodology on life‑event institutionalisation to real‑world cases.
• Design, test, and validate life‑event pages with end‑users, prioritising gender‑specific burdens.
• Collaborate with the development vendor, external UX/UI designer, and eGov internal teams to configure and publish content.
• Coordinate inter‑institutional validation with AGE and relevant public institutions.
• Embed a gender lens into the standing content process and deliver at least one protection‑related life event.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service design and content management for public‑sector digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of gender‑responsive content integration.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and coordinate with technical and institutional partners.
• Experience conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into digital services.
