Junior Auditor – Client Facing Audit Team

About the role

We are seeking a final‑year student or recent graduate to join Deloitte’s client‑facing audit team in Chisinau. As a Junior Auditor you will start your financial audit career working alongside experienced professionals and interacting directly with clients from diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing financial audits for various clients.
• Analyse business processes and internal controls to identify risks.
• Use Business Intelligence and data‑analytics tools to perform analysis and document audit work.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client representatives and internal team members.
• Participate in client site visits, including travel as required.
• Support verification of financial statements and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or fresh graduate eager to start an audit career.
• Curious, motivated and sees challenges as growth opportunities.
• Proficient in English and Romanian.
• Enjoys both independent work and teamwork.
• Willing to travel for client engagements.

Required skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Data‑analytics capabilities for financial data analysis.
