Experienced Auditor – Chisinau

About the role

Deloitte is expanding its audit team in Chisinau and seeks an experienced auditor to join a dynamic, client‑focused environment. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them understand risks, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess business processes and identify audit risks.
• Perform audit fieldwork as an analyst/consultant, delivering high‑quality engagements on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review audit documentation, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and senior audit staff.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial audit, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Certified Accountant qualification or equivalent is a strong asset.
• Fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
