Data Architecture Analyst, Short-Term

About the role

The Data Architecture Analyst will support UNDP's short‑term project aimed at promoting rural agriculture development and quality employment for vulnerable populations in Moldova. The role focuses on designing and strengthening data architecture for digitally enabled public services in employment and agriculture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of data architecture for core digital public services serving vulnerable rural communities.
• Improve interoperability among fragmented institutional data systems.
• Enhance analytical capacity of public institutions to better target subsidies and services.
• Support the integration of employment services, social protection, and agricultural support through modern digital infrastructure.
• Contribute to the modernization of digital service delivery in line with EU‑aligned reforms.
