Assistant to Resident Twinning Advisor (RTA)

About the role

The EU‑funded Twinning project aims to strengthen the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova. The Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA) from Romania is based in Chisinau and requires a dedicated assistant to support daily project administration and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the RTA in coordinating project activities and maintaining communication with Romanian and Moldovan partners.
• Organise meetings, workshops and seminars, including venue booking, participant registration and material preparation.
• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, draft reports and maintain project documentation.
• Handle logistical arrangements such as travel, accommodation and transport for expert missions.
• Provide translation and interpretation support when needed and act as a backup for the language assistant.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are recorded accurately.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative or project support roles, preferably in an international or public‑sector environment.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners from different countries.
• Flexibility to cover both administrative and translation tasks as required.
