Assistant to Resident Twinning Advisor (RTA)

About the role

The EU‑funded Twinning project aims to strengthen the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova. The Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA) from Romania is based in Chisinau and requires a local assistant to support daily project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the RTA in project administration and logistical coordination.
• Prepare and draft meeting minutes, reports and other project documentation.
• Support the organisation of seminars, workshops, expert missions and study visits.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling and basic procurement tasks.
• Provide backup for the language assistant when needed, including basic translation or interpretation support.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to draft clear minutes and reports.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with the RTA, Moldovan counterpart and other project partners.
