Account Manager – Long Tail (Chișinău)

About the role

As an Account Manager – Long Tail, you will partner with small to medium‑size restaurants in Chișinău to boost their visibility on Glovo, drive order growth and improve retention. You will combine strategic account management with targeted advertising and promotional activities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner restaurants through regular communication, meetings and business reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs and produce periodic reports.
• Develop and execute growth plans that include promo negotiations, marketing activations and menu optimisation (AOV, conversion, cross‑selling).
• Increase partner visibility using marketing kits, merchandising tools and data‑driven insights.
• Identify churned or inactive partners, create action plans and work to reactivate them.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to deliver customised solutions.
• Own the onboarding process in the Glovo app, from store setup to the first days of operation.
• Lead projects aimed at improving portfolio management and partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing start‑up environment.
• Strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
