Business Development – Airborne ISR Products & Services

About the role

TSC is looking for a Business Development professional to drive capture and growth of Airborne ISR products and services. The role blends market assessment, opportunity forecasting, capture management and proposal development while collaborating with operations, program and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with Airborne ISR capabilities.
• Develop and maintain the opportunity pipeline, tracking engagement and action items.
• Analyze RFPs and guide technical SMEs to produce compliant, compelling proposals.
• Lead proposal activities, craft win themes, and manage capture strategies.
• Produce marketing material, white papers and presentations to influence customer decision‑making units.
• Travel up to 50% to engage prospective customers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience, including military service).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Airborne ISR solutions, government or industry.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Required skills

• FAR compliance and knowledge of government procurement regulations.
• Proposal writing and capture management expertise.
• Understanding of pricing and business development workflows.
• Experience with developing marketing collateral and white papers.
