Dutch Speaking Customer Support Operator (B2B)

About the role

Join AUTODOC’s fast‑growing B2B support team as a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Operator. You will act as the trusted advisor for corporate clients, handling inquiries via chat, phone and email while helping shape the future of our automotive e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to corporate customers across multiple channels, acting as their go‑to contact.
• Collect and relay client feedback to improve products and services.
• Monitor order status, keep clients informed and nurture loyalty.
• Make independent decisions on medium‑ and high‑complexity issues with minimal supervision.
• Participate in working groups to test and develop new functionalities.
• Collaborate with marketing on surveys, research and proposal creation.

Required profile

• Native Dutch speaker.
• Strong knowledge of customer‑service processes within the company.
• At least one year of experience communicating with clients.
• Basic understanding of the automotive industry (a plus).

Required skills

• Ability to use TecDoc automotive spare‑parts catalog.
• Familiarity with specialised parts‑selection tools such as Partlink.
