Business Development Manager – Remote (Russian/English)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our international cleaning services company on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on expanding our client base, managing relationships, and supporting sales growth while communicating fluently in Russian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update databases of potential and existing clients.
• Promote special offers and schedule meetings via phone, including cold‑calling.
• Transfer qualified meeting requests to the inspection manager.
• Follow up on commercial proposals, justify pricing, address objections, and coordinate contract documentation.
• Negotiate service terms with clients and ensure adherence to scripts and reporting procedures.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required.
• Proficiency in Russian and English at a B2 level.
• Strong customer communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
