Pre‑Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

Immigrant Invest is seeking a motivated Pre‑Sales Representative to join its global team. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in citizenship and residency by investment programs, guiding them from inquiry through contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and promote the company’s investment‑based citizenship services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare contracts and collect primary documents from clients.
• Support clients until the contract is signed and the initial payment is received.
• Handle objections and apply proven sales techniques to move prospects forward.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
