Assistant to Resident Twinning Advisor (Project Support)

About the role

The Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA) of the EU‑funded Twinning project needs a dedicated assistant to support daily project administration and logistics in Chisinau. The role works closely with the RTA, Romanian and Moldovan counterparts, and contributes to the effective implementation of competition and state‑aid policies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle project administration tasks, including organizing meetings and managing documentation.
• Provide logistical support for seminars, workshops, expert missions and study visits.
• Draft, edit and circulate minutes and reports for the RTA.
• Assist with translation and interpretation when required and step in for the language assistant as needed.
• Coordinate with Romanian and Moldovan partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Qualified candidate with experience in project administration and logistics.
• Ability to work in a multilingual environment and support translation tasks.
• Flexibility to assist or replace the language assistant when necessary.
