Sales Development Representative

About the role

ENCENC is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and expand its sales pipeline. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, engaging with consulting firms, private equity groups, M&A advisors, and market research organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify decision‑makers within target accounts provided by ENCENC.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
• Run discovery conversations to understand client research needs and qualify prospects.
• Schedule platform demonstrations for the Head of Growth and hand over qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline status in HubSpot CRM.
• Achieve outreach and demo‑booking targets while delivering professional communication.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confidence communicating with senior professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to conduct outbound outreach, including cold calls.
• Strong research abilities to understand companies, industries, and client needs.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with persistence and curiosity.
