Marketing Manager (4‑month maternity cover) – Remote EU

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to cover a 4‑month maternity leave. The role is fully remote within the EU and offers the chance to continue long‑term if both parties are happy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct customer research and market trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Turn insights into landing pages, funnels, ad copy and creative concepts.
• Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and development teams, providing clear briefs and tracking progress.
• QA landing pages, run A/B tests and optimise conversion rates.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve acquisition and sales.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow to accelerate testing and execution.

Required profile

• Full‑stack marketer who can move from idea to launch and optimisation.
• Comfortable mixing strategy with hands‑on execution.
• Proven ability to test ideas, improve funnels and deliver measurable results.
• Experience working in fast‑paced DTC e‑commerce environments.
