Technical Writer

About the role

Intetics is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join its global team. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to produce high‑quality documentation that helps customers adopt and succeed with its cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate and accessible.
• Establish documentation standards, style guides, templates, and best practices.
• Design and optimize documentation structure, navigation, and information architecture.
• Manage documentation toolchains, including version control, static site generators, and publishing workflows.
• Create developer guides, API documentation, tutorials, release notes, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to gather technical information.
• Translate complex cloud architectures, microservices, and REST APIs into clear documentation.
• Plan, track, and deliver documentation projects in Agile environments.
• Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to continuously improve content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation for developers or software products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand software development concepts, APIs, and programming languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Required skills

• Python, Java, JavaScript (ability to read source code).
• Git/GitHub for version control.
• Markdown or reStructuredText.
• OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman for API documentation.
• Confluence, GitBook, Read the Docs, Document360 or similar platforms.
• SEO principles and analytics tools.
• Jira for project tracking.
