Technical Account Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to own the technical success of our strategic, top‑tier customers across Europe. Working remotely, you will act as the trusted advisor who ensures customers run healthy, scalable, high‑performing n8n environments and adopt the platform long‑term.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, guiding them from sales hand‑off through ongoing operations.
• Assess deployments for scalability, reliability, performance and maintainability, and deliver recommendations for upgrades, optimizations and architectural changes.
• Manage technical support intake, critical incidents and high‑severity cases, coordinating with Support, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Communicate status, resolution plans and proactive risk mitigation to customers.
• Analyze support trends and usage patterns to drive preventative action plans and product improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with enterprise‑level SaaS platforms and managing technical relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the n8n workflow orchestration platform or similar automation tools.
• Understanding of cloud‑based architectures, API integrations and scalability best practices.
