Support Engineer (English) – Customer Technical Support

About the role

As a Support Engineer you will connect customers with technical solutions, delivering high‑quality assistance via email and phone. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients (email and phone) for issues such as password resets, internet connectivity, and email configuration.
• Log remotely into client computers to diagnose and resolve software problems.
• Document daily issues in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related problems.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Supply clients with clear information and guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience working at Stefanini.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptable, flexible, and customer‑oriented mindset.
