About the role

The Archiving Specialist will join Moldcell’s modern office in the Botanica district to ensure that all company documents are properly collected, digitized and stored. This position supports the smooth flow of information by maintaining a highly accurate electronic archive.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and sort incoming physical documents.
• Scan documents and upload them to the electronic archive.
• Archive received documents according to established procedures.
• Maintain the archive with a high level of accuracy and correctness.

Required profile

• Medium level education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Strong punctuality, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks without loss of quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
