ServiceNow Developer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join its fully remote, global team. You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions that support critical business processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure platform components such as workflows, business rules, and UI elements.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with system integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts.
• Advanced English communication skills.
