ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our global engineering team. The role focuses on building and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to improve IT service delivery, change management, and incident handling for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and script the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Provide follow‑up support for specific customers.
• Support customization efforts for new customer prospects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
• 4+ years working with the ITSM module.
• Experience with ITAM (HAM) and ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform (configuration, scripting, administration).
• ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD modules.
• JavaScript, XML, HTML and web design practices.
