Senior Recruiter – Full‑Cycle IT Hiring (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and business positions in a fast‑growing SaaS company serving the US real‑estate market. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape hiring strategies for a product that powers a live lead marketplace used by over 25,000 users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from intake to offer for 3‑6 concurrent vacancies.
• Source and headhunt passive candidates for technical, engineering, sales, marketing and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, challenge requirements, and maintain strong hiring pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure swift progression, and keep ATS data accurate.
• Collaborate with a dedicated sourcer and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle IT recruitment experience, preferably for the US market.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English (spoken and written); Ukrainian is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and similar platforms.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (PeopleForce, Ashby or similar).
