Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the technical and creative workflows of our marketing department. You will act as the central hub, ensuring seamless collaboration between SEO specialists, writers, designers, developers, the CRM team and external agents, while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project workflows across marketing, from planning and resource allocation to final QA sign‑off.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication between SEO, technical writing, design, web development and CRM teams.
• Develop timelines, milestones and deliverables; track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate CRM data workflows and system updates, ensuring integration with Zoho CRM.
• Work closely with the QA Specialist to define testing protocols and guarantee quality before launch.
• Review design files in Figma, manage feedback loops, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience in a marketing, technology or agency environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage projects with both creative and technical components.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills, with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, Wrike.
• Zoho CRM workflow and data‑management familiarity.
• Design collaboration tools: Figma.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar).
