Senior CRO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CRO Strategist to lead the design, testing, and optimization of conversion funnels for our North American clients. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to turn data into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, audience and competitor research to inform new funnel concepts.
• Develop landing page ideas, generate and prioritize CRO hypotheses, and manage A/B testing roadmaps.
• Analyze performance data, identify optimization opportunities and scale winning strategies across clients.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video producers, media buyers, analytics and IT throughout the production process.
• Maintain the company’s CRO knowledge base, testing library and stay up‑to‑date on marketing trends and AI tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance, CRO or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, comfortable working in a remote‑first environment.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience planning, executing and evaluating A/B tests.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Tableau, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, native advertising platforms and YouTube.
• Use of AI tools for marketing research and automation.
