Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Chisinau. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly closings in line with internal procedures.
• Perform account, revenue, and expense reconciliations to guarantee financial accuracy.
• Calculate and record provisions, adjust entries, and analyse financial variances.
• Compile annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss) within set deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and additional responsibilities as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Intermediate French language skills (B1‑B2).
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
