About the role
FivePlus is expanding and seeks a Sales Specialist to recruit CDL drivers and owner‑operators for partner trucking companies across the United States. The role uses a structured sales process within a CRM system, focusing on candidate outreach, qualification, and onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact CDL drivers and owner‑operators.
- Conduct qualification calls and screen candidates.
- Present partner carrier job conditions clearly.
- Handle objections related to pay, requirements, and contract terms.
- Manage follow‑ups and candidate pipeline inside the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to complete onboarding.
Required profile
- English level B2–C1.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident phone communication.
- Ability to manage candidates inside a CRM pipeline.
- Organized and KPI‑driven mindset.
- Results‑oriented approach.
