Sales Specialist – CDL Driver Recruitment

About the role

The Sales Specialist – CDL Driver Recruitment will focus on attracting qualified commercial‑driver‑license (CDL) drivers and owner‑operators for partner trucking companies across the United States. You will work inside a CRM system, follow a structured sales pipeline, and guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact CDL drivers and owner‑operators through phone, email and online platforms.
• Conduct qualification calls, screen candidates and present partner carrier job conditions clearly.
• Handle objections related to pay, requirements and contract terms.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines inside the CRM, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with the operations team to complete onboarding and documentation.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Proven experience in sales with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Confident phone communication and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Organized, KPI‑driven mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
