Sales Representative & Key Account (HRTech) – Moldova

About the role

Undelucram.md is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative & Key Account professional to drive growth in the HRTech market in Moldova. You will act as the face of the platform, promoting its employer‑branding solutions and building lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collect market, product and prospect data to identify trends and high‑potential leads.
• Represent Undelucram’s values and product portfolio, positioning yourself as an expert in employer branding and job‑matching services.
• Conduct prospect meetings via phone, video calls and email campaigns to present the sales proposition.
• Negotiate packages, manage renewals and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Provide ongoing account management, including advising, reporting and upselling.
• Maintain prospect and client information in the internal CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights to improve sales processes.
• Contribute to product development with creative and analytical input.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt in a fast‑moving digital environment.
• Proven sales experience; background in HR sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a commitment to fairness and ethics.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyse data in Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (advantageous).
• Experience using a CRM platform to track prospects and accounts.
