Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to provide clinical trial support for independent research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. Candidates should have 2‑3 years of experience in a medical or biopharmaceutical setting and hold current GCP and HIPAA training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist research sites with patient education, informed‑consent processes, and retention initiatives.
• Support study operations, regulatory documentation, and sponsor communications.
• Provide administrative and financial assistance as needed for trial lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure ethical and scientifically rigorous patient care.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in clinical research or related biopharma roles.
• Completed and current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training.
• Current HIPAA compliance training.
• Ability to specify functional strengths in resume and cover letter.
• Willingness to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.
