Quality Manager (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality and Standardization Manager to lead our quality control activities in a company that manufactures electronic and electric wires and cables. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with ISO standards and delivering consistent product quality throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the quality control team and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
• Resolve quality assurance issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Interact with clients and suppliers to capture requirements and guide the team to meet them.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits, guaranteeing adherence to regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar quality management position.
• Advanced knowledge of Romanian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Strategic thinking, responsibility and an open mindset.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 certification knowledge.
• ISO 14001 certification knowledge.
• Familiarity with IPC standards.
• Knowledge of UL standards.
