Python Developer

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Python Developer position based in Chisinau. You will design, develop and maintain back‑end services and internal tools that support fare discovery, booking workflows and data processing for a travel‑focused company.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient Python code for back‑end services.
• Integrate with third‑party APIs to retrieve travel‑related data.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and querying.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems.
• Collaborate with travel specialists and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Strong Python programming skills with solid OOP understanding.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs using frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases, schema design and query optimisation.
• Familiarity with software development best practices including Git, testing, debugging and documentation.
