Product Manager – Marketplace

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth of our lead marketplace. You will own the outward‑facing product decisions – defining what we build and why – and ensure every sprint contributes to higher LTV, margin or retention.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously interview buyers, power accounts and churned users and translate insights into product briefs.
• Identify and improve the weakest links across onboarding, purchase flow, lead quality, retention and monetisation.
• Quantify the unit‑economics impact of every initiative (LTV, CAC payback, margin per lead, revenue per active user).
• Model expected impact before development and write one‑page briefs that tie problems to measurable upside.
• Ship weekly experiments, terminate under‑performers quickly and scale successful bets.
• Own data extraction and analysis using SQL, Amplitude, BigQuery or similar tools.
• Monitor competitor releases and market trends to keep the product ahead.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace products with proven metric‑driven results.
• Strong grasp of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback, contribution margin).
• Hands‑on user‑research experience and ability to synthesize findings.
• Excellent English communication (C1+), especially with US‑based real‑estate investors.
• High ownership, decisive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
