National Consultant – Programmatic & Logistical Support for Women Leadership Academy

About the role

UN Women is seeking a National Consultant to provide programmatic, coordination and logistical support for the implementation of the Academy for Women in Public Leadership in Moldova. The consultant will work closely with UN Women staff and national partners to advance gender‑responsive leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, planning and delivery of the Academy’s curriculum and activities.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions, workshops and events, including venue, travel and accommodation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among UN Women, government entities, civil‑society organisations and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against the Academy’s work plan and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure alignment of all activities with UN Women’s Country Strategic Note 2023‑2027 and relevant UN gender equality frameworks.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in programme coordination or logistical support for gender equality or leadership initiatives.
• Familiarity with UN Women strategic priorities, the Sustainable Development Goals and gender‑responsive policy frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the challenges facing women’s participation in public decision‑making.
